Delivery, Cancellations & Exchanges

Delivery Information:
All orders are delivered through our trusted partner, Wakilni. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, followed by up to 7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control or our carrier’s operations. As a result, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

Cancellation Policy:
Once you receive an order confirmation email, your purchase is considered final. However, you may cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of placement by contacting us via DM or WhatsApp.

Exchange & Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted if we are notified within 48 hours of delivery. You may exchange for the same item in a different size (subject to availability), a different item, or opt for store credit. Please note that customers are responsible for delivery costs for both the initial delivery and the exchange.
